Live Chat Support is now fully operational! Just click on the chat button, located in the menu bar, and you will be able to chat! Support chatting is permitted between 3:30pm to 9:00pm (except weekends, holidays, special events, etc.). We will open the live chat when a representative is available to help out, and close it when they are not. Feel free to ask our staff members!
Please note, this chat service is not for general chatting, it is for support only. If a staff member sees you misbehaving in the live chat support system, they will give you a warning. Impersonation is another issue, since the chat service is free. If you see someone impersonating a TCF staff member, contact our staff team immediately. We will permanently ban all impersonators.
